The Bill (Reg.№5007) introduces amendments to the Civil Code and the Law "On State Registration of Proprietary Rights for Real Estate and their Restriction", aimed at the improvement of the system of state registration of proprietary rights for real estate and their restriction.
In particular, the document envisages that the heritor obtains the proprietary right for real estate from the moment of the state registration of this right.
According to the Bill, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall determine the system of the state rights registration bodies. The state registration is performed by the state rights registration bodies "exclusively according to the location of real estate, i.e.: in Kyiv and Sevastopol cities, cities of regional subordination, and in districts."
The Bill also includes the clauses on state rights registration bodies´ authorities.
During the discussion, the Committee members emphasized the necessity of improving the norms of the effective legislation in this sphere and upholding amendments suggested by the Bill.
